Founder & Lead Evaluator
Aubrey is an impact evaluation specialist with 7+ years of experience designing and
implementing rigorous evaluations across the developing world. He has worked with leading
organizations like IPA, IFPRI, and IITA.
Experience Highlights
- Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA): Supervised fieldwork for
socioeconomic development surveys in rural Philippines. - IFPRI: Led price monitoring of agricultural commodities and
presented findings to high-profile donor committees. - IITA: Designed and managed research on ICT and youth
